Daren Hobbs joined ITAV Development in 2023, after years of working in finance for various industries. He has over almost a decade of experience as a real estate investor. Prior to embarking on his investment career he spent 14 years serving as Senior Vice President, Manager of Commercial lending for Seaway Bank and Trust. He successfully managed a $130 million commercial lending portfolio for the second largest black owned and operated bank in the United States. Daren has a BA in Finance and Master of Business of Administration from the University of Illinois - Chicago.
